The Rossi family has been engaged in winemaking since 1885, when their great-great-grandfather Federico Rossi bought a plot of fertile land and planted the first vines of teran and malvasia. Today, his descendants are still engaged in winemaking and bring autochthonous wine varieties and brandies to their peak, and they can boast an impressive array of products. In addition to multiple award-winning top wines, traditional Istrian brandies and Premium Craft liqueurs, they also create their own gin, and vinjak (a wine distillate), expressed in the manner of top French cognacs. The Rossis are guided by the motto “it’s not quantity that matters, but quality” and they strategically invest in cutting-edge and innovative technologies that help them further raise the quality of their products in all segments of production. The property boasts a wonderful tasting room and two large terraces that have even hosted a fashion show. When visiting the Rossi’s, there are chances that you will come across the presentation of the most modern luxury cars. Porsche, McLaren and Bugatti were already there, and BMW presented on their premises its electric cars and celebrated its 50th anniversary.
